1. Our role

European River Cruises d.o.o. za turizam i usluge, turistička agencija, Vukovarska 26, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia, OIB 45810013460 (MBS 090055156, Trgovački sud u Dubrovniku), is a licensed travel agency acting as an intermediary. Your cruise contract is concluded with the cruise operator named on your booking confirmation, and the operator’s own terms apply to the cruise itself. These terms cover our agency service.

2. Prices

All prices are per person in EUR unless stated otherwise, based on two adults sharing a cabin, and are the same as the operator’s published price for the same departure and cabin category. Prices are subject to availability and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

3. Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation and the deposit is received.
• The deposit amount and the balance due date follow the operator’s conditions and are shown before you pay.
• Payments are made through a secure hosted payment page (Stripe or WSPay). We do not store card details.

4. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and amendment charges are set by the cruise operator and are shown on your quote before you book. Requests must be made in writing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the operator confirming the cancellation.

5. Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements for every country on the itinerary. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the date of booking.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in arranging your booking. We are not liable for the performance of the cruise, which is the operator’s responsibility, nor for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Complaints

Please raise any problem with the ship’s staff immediately so it can be resolved on the spot, and write to us within 28 days of your return if it is not.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Consumers in the EU also retain the protections of their country of residence.
